Whales and Bacardi Island

In the morning, departure from the hotel to the village of Las Canitas. Enjoy a continental breakfast in this charming seaside village. Then we will leave by catamaran to Samana Bay. Our goal will be to observe some of the largest creatures in the world! The humpback whales that come to this area of the world weigh up to 40 tons! Very often they swim a few meters from the catamaran, so this is an incredible opportunity to see some of the most interesting mammals in the world with relative ease. After a stay in the waters of Samana Bay, we will head to Cayo Levantado, also known as Bacardi Island. It owes its unofficial name to the famous rum, as one of its commercials was filmed at this location. There will be time for longer sunbathing, lunch and admiring Samana Bay. After these points of interest, we will set off on our way back.

Price for a child from 2 to 11 years old from the Punta Cana area – 75 USD. Children under 2 years old – free.
